Swedish Massage (Relaxation)
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Energy Balancing
I use a variety of techniques and practices in my energy work that help cleanse and balance the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing ability is renewed. The intention of this practice is not necessarily religious or spiritual, although it can be, but focuses on bioenergy fields and connection to help reduce pain and stress.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

CranialSacral (SM)
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing neck pain, back pain, and mental stress (among other things). It does this by optimizing the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull. This therapy provides a very soothing and relaxing healing experience.

Hot Stone Therapy
Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

Massage Cupping
Cupping therapy can be used to move stagnation, relieve inflammation, and drain/move fluids. The mechanism is to draw blood from the arteries to the capillaries. The blood then returns via the veins to be cleansed or disposed of. Cupping is not an irritant to the skin or body. It draws the inflammation out but does not add to it.
Massage Cupping is also used to lift and stretch soft tissue (muscle, fascia/connective, attachments), separate fused tissue layers, release and soften scar tissue, open body drainage systems to aid in decongesting and increase hydration of tissues. **Keep in mind that soreness may occur after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from tissue during the session.

** There is a $25 fee charged to book your appointment. This protects me from those who cancel without sufficient notice. The $25 is applied to your treatment total. If you cancel without notice or with less than 24 hours notice, the $25 is not refunded and not applied to a treatment.
Example: $25 booking fee. If your treatment total is $65, then the amount due after your treatment is finished = $40
